A commonly used lower limit for total testosterone in adult men is about 300 ng/dL (10.4 nmol/L). A diagnosis of low testosterone needs two low morning readings plus symptoms.

Conversion: ng/dL × 0.0347 = nmol/L. Ranges vary by lab.
